Job brief

Join some parts or full life cycle of software development (DD-CD-UT-IT).

Do implementation as well as conducting review for others.

Provide technical guide, proper instruction to low level members.

Coach lower-level staffs in the team about technical works.

Other assignments from Manager.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/ Information Technology.
-
Experienced in developing web applications using Python/Django.
Have experience of software development technology: Front end or Back end.
Experience in leading a development team.

At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience in a software company and from 1 years’experience at leader level.

Strong leadership, problem-solving as well as teamwork skills with pro-active and independent concentration.

Communication skills: JPTL N3 equivalent is a MUST and/or good English (TOEIC) is preferable.

Good interpersonal & teamwork spirit.

Able to work under high pressure.
