To integrate Salesforce member data with external systems, we developed an API-based solution. This initiative enables real-time synchronization of member information, ensuring data consistency. Specifically, we established a system that facilitates smooth data transfer to external systems and updates within Salesforce. As a result, this enhances operational efficiency and makes information sharing across various systems easier.
