We have implemented the Salesforce CRM platform and are building a system to register leads and opportunities in Salesforce using data from external systems via REST API. This process allows customer information collected from external systems to be reflected in Salesforce in real-time, enabling the sales team to make quick decisions based on the most up-to-date data. As a result, we aim to improve data management efficiency and enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
