Overview
We conducted a migration project using Visual Studio 2008 to transition from VB6 to .NET Framework 3.5. This project involved analyzing and refactoring the legacy VB6 code to maintain functionality while enhancing performance and security.
Additionally, as the next step, we transitioned from .NET Framework 3.5 to 4.5, leveraging the new features of 4.5 to improve the application’s usability. This included implementing the latest APIs and optimizing performance to enhance the user experience.
Through this process, we aim to adapt to technological advancements and improve the long-term maintainability of the application.
